Golden Gate Park, located in San Francisco, California, is the largest urban park in the United States. At 1017 acres, it is in the shape of a long rectangle, similar in shape but 174 acres (0.7 km²) larger than Central Park in New York. |

This place is great |
|
|
When I was out in San Francisco last year, my family spent a day at Golden Gate Park. The place is so big that we ended up driving from area to area with our guidebook in hand. But there were lots of nice areas to walk around and we had a picnic lunch by a beautiful lake. I highly recommend checking this place out. |
